HDPE PLB Duct Pipe: Elegant PLB Duct Pipe is extruded from selected high-quality virgin HDPE material and co-extruded with solid Silicon permanent lubricant that is distributed uniformly along the entire inner surface of the duct. This provides a low-friction smooth surface for easy cable drawing or blowing, reducing the Internal Co-efficient of Friction (ICF) between the fiber optic cable and the pipe.
The outer HDPE shell makes the pipe tough and durable, enabling it to withstand pressure during HSAB of cables while retaining roundness under soil pressure and traffic loads. Our pipes conform to BSNL specifications and contain co-extruded 4 equi-spaced continuous longitudinal strips of minimum 3mm width.
